We always aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible, the more notice you can give us, the better. As soon as production is finished, we’ll hand it straight over to you unless you’d prefer it to arrive on a specific date and time.
Spare batteries and backup units are included in every package, so nothing stops the show. You can also add dedicated support to any package — a real person ready to help the moment you need us.
Of course! Please send in your design and we’ll show you how it could look! The best bracelet colour is white so the lights can shine their best, but we can make any change that suits you.
During our busiest months (May–September), we suggest securing your date 2–3 months in advance. The rest of the year, we can usually get your package ready in just a couple of weeks.
